When I first saw this beach home in House Beautiful by Suzanne Kasler, it was hard to believe it was a beach home. But when I read it was on Sea Island, GA it made more sense {Google images of Sea Island, Ga and The Cloister, you won't be disappointed}.
A dear friend of mine and co-owner of Mix Art + Interiors {Bethany} lives on St. Simons Island and I have visited her twice while the 'tour of homes' on Sea Island and St. Simons is going on and we always go. Last year when we took our Low Country road trip one of the stops was St. Simons to celebrate her recent wedding. Bethany and her husband hooked us up, along with three other couples, to stay in a condo on Sea Island...what a perk! I of course took pictures of the condo for myself {I know I am not the only person who takes pictures of where they stay on vacation}. We stayed in the guest cottage of the condo. Below are a few pictures of our cottage room and the condo. If you are ever around St. Simons I suggest you stop by and enjoy this adorable island; and be sure to stop by Mix and see Bethany and Adrian! And if you ever have access to Sea Island, be sure not to miss it.
